Sarca has designed, documented and implemented efficient quality management systems, which it updates, when necessary, in compliance with EU, Italian and non-EU legislation, any necessary foreign certifications and customer requests. Our systems ensure that we supply safe products, in line with technical and quality specifications and the needs of our many customers. All the steps in our chain of activity, from supply of produce to delivery to the customer (which we outsource), are identified, verified and traced. Our company policy leads us to strive constantly to improve our quality standards for products and services, and we have a quality management system that combines objectives and fundamental principles from the certification scheme we use for food quality and safety.
